Our personalized packages can suit any occasion, from Weddings, Company Parties, Birthdays, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, and Graduations. Join us in our historic 1759 building, just one mile from Main Street, New Paltz, that houses our restaurant for smaller parties, or step outside to our beautiful Grove event space, which can accommodate up to 120 guests inside. We're next to the scenic New Paltz Golf Course with incredible views of the Shawangunk Ridge, just waiting to be the backdrop for your wedding photos. Great food, delicious drinks, impeccable service, and a lovely ambiance are the perfect addition for your celebration! My wife and I got married at Garvan's on May 27th, 2023, and it was truly more than we could have even dreamed. From the food which people can't stop raving about, to the unparalleled service, to the beautiful space both exterior and interior, and everything in between, our wedding at Garvan's was just perfect. |
We have a larger wedding planned May, but due to an ailing family member we chose to move up the ceremony. Garvan’s rose to the occasion and in less than 4 weeks, Kathy helped us put together and coordinated an unforgettable and delicious Micro Wedding luncheon for immediate family and wedding party. The grounds provided a fantastic backdrop for Wedding photos, the staff was outstanding, the food perfect, the Guinness Chocolate Cake exquisite, and a selection of Single-Malt Scotch for every pallet. They truly are a gem just a little off the beaten path in New Paltz.
